well said…..empty unrealistic promises made just to coax voters. it is through experience that the current president has known what is possible and what is not possible. what matters is cost benefit analysis, the cost of projects and impact to Malawians well being.we can dream to be like the Americans, but what is needed is to realize that is all requires resources and where will we get those resources?. it is possible to dream to pay civil servants double the current salaries but where to get resources is what matters. we can dream of bullet train but are we realistic… Read more »

So you are happy with a leader who cannot think outside the box. All developed countries were at some point like Malawi presently is, even worse. People migrated from Europe to the Americas when the continent was covered in dense jungles. What they saw at that time was not the dense jungles, but what they could do with those jungles, how to conquer those jungles and what to do with vast areas of land.
