Even the age of the baby shows that the woman who drove the car from Chitipa is just coming from her maternity leave. Why then allow her to drive from Chitipa to Balaka, to add salt on an injury driving the whole night. Why??? Ministry of Agriculture Chitipa Office mwapha anthu any apa. Very sad. Mwakoma! Kwali Mwana akhalenge mbuni kwali.

Very sad indeed. However, how can Chitipa Agriculture Ministry management allow a woman to drive the vehicle on this long trip to Blantyre? If they were at Salima Turn off by 6am today, my instincts are telling me that she probably drove from Chitipa non stop mwina from yesterday to catch up with the event in Blantyre today.
