Why is it necessary for the President to have such a long convoy of vehicles anyway? This business started with Kamuzu. It is simply an ego-boosting exercise. Health, fire and rescue services should have precedence over all other vehicles on the road, including the presidential convoy.

You say for safety and security, the driver must be analyzed. I want to know what you do mean. Because, legally what should be analysed is this stupidity of police holding all of us hostage on the roadside just to wait for one man to use the road. For your information he is exempted from paying taxes, he does not pay taxes.
