THIS GUY CALLED LUCAS KONDOWE, WHY IS HE AT ACB AND WHAT WORK IS HE DOING THERE? SINCE HIS APPOINTMENT TWO YRS AGO, I CANT POINT TO ANY OF HIS SUCCESSES APART FROM DEMANDING FOR MORE FUNDING AND YET HE IS NOW SHIELDING MULUZI FROM PROSECUTION.
ACB SHOULD JUST BE ABOLISHED IF IT IS FAILING TO DO ITS JOB.
I worked as an investigation officer for 12 years at ACB and i led the investigation into Muluzis alleged theft. When i told Nampota that we did not have a case that could stand in court i was ridiculed. Every body at the Bureau knew that Muluzi might have swindled state coffers but we also knew that we did not have solid evidence against Muluzi. I therefore salute Kondowe for taking an unpopuler but right decision. Those who have evidence that is better than what we currently have must help the Bureau by producing the evidence.
