FISP is a total failure this year, most areas in the north dont have fertiliser. Why fertiliser is not being delivered by suppliers due to low prices offered by government and government and late awards. So we government is responsible for this mess why did they not identify suppliers who are capable and supply in time.

I am confused as to the primary thesis of this article. Is there a forecasted food shortage due to environmental factors, fertilizer delivery, or incorrect identification of farmers to produce their requisite output?

Then the article also alludes to an economic slow down due to food production?

Perhaps a description of some baseline numbers for some other major economic indicators would help give some context to the issues and potential solutions.

Send this museum artifact you call Minister of Finance back to Mzimba. He is utterly useless and does not understand the gravity of the problem at hand. He lives in his ivory tower where he continues to fatten his ugly face on the ill gotten money from the poor. This fool!
