Let us get this clear. MCP has no control over Reserve Bank, ACB, Ministry of Finance, Directorate of Public Procurement, Asset Declaration, etc etc. Briefly put, MCP is not in control of government affairs. MCP and other opposition parties can only point out wrongs, maladministration, or advise when things are going wrong. It has done so during Parliament sittings, especially when discussing the budget.
