Why did we allow DFiD to go ahead financing construction of cells with toilets if our policy does not allow this? The money saved could have been put to good use.

But how on earth can we prioritise police cells over our hospitals which are almost empty at the moment? How can we prioritise police cells over classrooms and school toilets etc.

My advise to all would be criminals is that please whatever criminality you want to indulge in , please don’t do it…………but if you want to do it then be aware that here are lice and bed bug infested police cells not to mention the TB infested prisons waiting for you.
