Officials in developed countries pay there own housing. Does the MW govt have such kind of money to be spending at liberty on these official? What makes these official special? Do civil servants receive housing allowance? If they do, is it this outrageous amount? Why does the govt ask for grants and loans? Is it to fund the lavish living style of the so called official?
