If we exclude Bikoko from the picture, tell me one good thing that CEO and his chaps are doing good for Lilongwe? Nothing other than driving around the city soliciting money from Indians. I have gone to see the CEO for the past six months with an enforcement issues but everytime he makes empty convincing promises. Bikoko is shaking up things and they dont like it.

This is the most clueless mayor elected after his predecessor. Somehow, I don’t know why Lilongwe keeps appointing clueless people to run a capital city.
