This is an apparent State Capture by the Pioneer Investments. Proceed to investigate and charge them accordingly.

Investigation or no investigation the situation remains the same so, why bother. The major problem is with Parliament for taking the leadership of this country to task. You have weak laws that the fraudsters are taking advantage of. It is a big joke to jail someone involved in corruption for 3 or 5 years. You should raise the jail sentence to a minimum period of 15 years like some Arab countries do. If homosexuality is punishable by 14 years imprisonment – which is more serious between homosexuality and stealing public funds?
