The question should not be whether or not JB’s hands are clean. Government has all the machinery at its disposal to get her home and prove her innocence. The real problem we have in Malawi is failure by this government to act on all suspects. Why is government shielding those involved in the K236 billion looting of government funds? At least JB instituted a forensic audit that has resulted in the prosecution of some people, but this administration is has done nothing.
