This is one way prosecutors make money. They call it “kupanga mbanda file” – stealing the file. The people in police know what to do/ how to change, but changing will make them less profitable.

This is why some of us think this is a government machinations! This sis a syndicate. It operates mafia-like.

This is not acceptable. The officers responsible for custody of these files are the ones who deserve the death penalty in place of the actual murderers.

This is pathetic and reflects very badly on the Judiciary in our land. I believe the Chief should be held accountable for these extremely poor administrative practices.

Does any one care?

Our brothers and sisters are being hunted and this is how casually an arm of government treats it.

EXTREMELY CONCERNING AND NOT ACCEPTABLE

In todays age of technology the Police are still relying on paper dockets. Scanning facilities are readily available and even mobile phones have scan apps for free with cloud storage offered by many service providers. For such serious cases like albino killings, the dockets should be scanned and kept in the cloud so that they don’t get stolen. Its high time law enforcement become innovative in this digital age.

That’s why they don’t use this tech it will be difficult to lie that it is missing.
