as you have commented about the pitch itself, it is true that the pitch is in good state the mzuzu city can not afford to do good about it. If city is failing to pay its workers what about the pitch

Is this Mzuzu stadium pitch taken care of? The pitch looks very dry like no one cares about it. May be the owner, Mzuzu city assembly is dead.
