I understand the venom spewing from individuals due to the endemic frustration in this part of the world. Let us remember that whosoever become our leaders come May 21 will inherit all the prevailing bottlenecks and loopholes that enable unwanton pilferage of public resources- basically a literally blank cheque. If the government and top police officers didn’t still all that money , you would not be asking for bailouts and donation from the public

This is unethical and a recipe for disaster!, the Police should not be asking for donations from the general public. We pay taxes and that is what they should be used for………this is embarrassing to say the least…… Mother Malawi has become real hell
