There are many illegal connections in our land. Hence we say corruption is not about government money . If Escom can hire experts with specialised equipment, they will discover thousands and thousands of houses which are benefiting to illegal activities. There is always shortages of power, and those who are law abiding citizens are suffering because of corruption people who want to harvest where they did not grow.
