THESE CRIMINALS NEED TO WORKING /DOING SOME HARD JOBS WHILE THEY ARE IN PRISON AS WAS THE CASE DURING KAMUZU ERA — PRISONERS CAN /COULD PRODUCE MORE AND EVEN SUPPLYING TO HOSPITALS –SO IT WAS A GOOD MOVE ‘-DON’T JUST KEEP THEM IN PRISONS DOING NOTHING ON TAXES MONEY

But it would be interesting to quantify the value the stolen goods in monetary terms. Compare that to what our politicians are stealing in billions..
What is impacting more on our economy? Otherwise 10 years down the line we will still be very poor. Kumanga anthu oba nkhuku sikulakwa, koma ngati tikusiya okuba ma million……….????
