Stupid crime laws we have

1. Rogue and vagabond
2. Operating businesses beyond certain hours
3. Marijuana possession

we need to focus our resources on crimes that against other people or other people’s property.

Legalize, regulate, industrialize and tax marijuana.

rogue and vagabond is not clear since the policemen differ on time for a person to be at home there are times one could be arrested at 10pm and sometimes they say it is any time beyond 1am.the police men could also let you free if you give them something in cash.

There times when pple are arrested just outside the bottle store when they were waiting for pple to come out.
