That is not necessary. Our problem is not capacity. Our mind set as a nation is the problem. The electoral court will be manned by the same Malawian with corrupted brains and nothing will change. It is the mind set that must change.

Esteemed Malawians, Are we waking up from the slumber. You will overwhelm the courts with too many responsibilities. You need a special court to handle cases for 193 constituencies? Really?
