If winning a by-election is an indication of winning a general election, why has MCP BEEN GOOFING IN ALL PREVIOUS GENERAL ELECTIONS? My argument that time was not that DPP would win the by-elections. I Personally respected Chilenga but his conduct of late has dosappointed many. He is finished. Let someone campaign enough to remove him in Chitipa South especially MCP potential guys. Punish all foolish MPs right away.
