When you hear some comments made by those so called financial experts you begin to wonder whether the word SINCERE still exists. Do these people read financial global papers or spend a few minutes to follow the world financial order on TV as it stands? Well, if Mr. Jooma finds the budget lacking in various areas, what has he done to rectify or advise on the faulty blueprint?
