I want to salute Munthalifor this professionalisms e has displayed in this article. This is the type of articles we need to read, well balanced, without favouring, but looking at real substances that the parties should sell out. I wish you could train Ntata to write balanced stories, no emotions in this, just looking for better answers as well as analysing each candidate performance as of now. Well doneMunthali. Writing like this will separate you from other reporters or writers, you have a good future in this man. Once again congratulations.

I agree with the author 100%, the presidential aspirants fail short to articulate how they are going to turn around the current situation. Every leader must get angry that Why is Malawi recognised as one of the poorest countries on earth –But all these people are leaving in poshy houses, driving poshy cars – the poverty levels ndinkhamba kwamwa kwa iwowo. DzuKA Malawi.
Every president who can not answer answer the question …WHAT DO YOU HAVE MALAWI? He will not lift this country out of poverty

Mr reporter, SKC eis plainly saying of mega farms for each district for increased productions, independence of ACB whereby taxpayers money will put to usefulness, exporting of fish etc, so your analysis might be invalid on SKC

Some good ideas. Chilima’s ideas deserved a better analysis though. He is the only candidate whose ideas come closer to responding to many of the questions you’ve raised. His statemets on agriculture (backbone of Mw’s economy), tourism, corruption (the major scarer of donor aid) are clear. So far, I haven’t heard anything comparable from other candidates.
