Prisoners recognized for their role? this is punishment for them. In fact there are so many people who are jobless why can LLC employ them to do this job. Before multi-party prisoners used to do such work but anthu ochuluka nzeru amati ukukunali kuwaphwanyila ufulu

This is a good development. These guys need to do such type of jobs. Here in Malawi they just say with hard labour and the inmates are just in prison praying bawo or just sitting. Create more jobs for them they can beutify the city
