All those who support government championed internships are a mediocre lot. They don’t understand labour issues. Atbthe e d of the internship program where will our youth go considering that the government is not creating any meaningful environment for job creation? Mitu gwaa kumangosapota zilizonse. Create jobs a d don’t cheat our youth with internship programs. This is a clear indication that the DPP led has failed in the area of job creation. No graduate would be happy to receive K80,000 as an intern after 4 years of toiling in the varsity.

Technical colleges were there 40 years ago and were free. In those days whe a child graduated from secondary school would choose either to go to technical college, health sciences, natural resources, and others. Had these facilities been expanded by now there couldnt have been youth outcry over unemployment.
