I don’t understand Ras Galawanda’s argument. To me this Galawanda guy doesn’t even understand the basic tenets Rastafari although he claims to be one. Let me remind the so called Nyabinghi Elder that Rasta is neither ‘anity’ nor ‘ism’. Simply put, Rastafari is not a religion as he claims it to be but it’s simply a way of life. Therefore, it would rather be awkward for PAC to register a body that is not religious.
