As long as IFMIS shall be in use, Reforms shall remain a white elephant.

The IFMIS is an embaradsment to all hardworking senior officers because junior officers such as Accounts clerks, cashiers etc are the ones who have rights to operate it and they abuse it and siphon millions upon millions of kwachas.

Are you not surprised that junior accounts officers drive poshy cars, own bottle stores, houses, vast land and send their kids to expensive private schools when the same can not be afforded by senior staff eg Directors?

Zama Reform za ziiii!
