AS IT IS IN OTHER COUNTRIES ??
THIS CAN REDUCE UNEMPLOYMENT FIGURES –54 YEARS OF INDEPENDENCE YET
OUR GOVERNMENT CANNOT EVEN COME UP WITH TECHNOLOGIES OF MINDING !! SHAME ? (
