SOMEONE LABELLED BLANTYRE CITY ASSEMBLY(COUNCIL) A TOOTHLESS BULLDOG. NOW I KNOW WHY. It appears the bar owner is either a friend of some city boss or the responsible is grossly incompetent.

Residents signed a petition and City in one instance wants to investigate and yet in another they say owner has no licence. What happens when he gets once? Bodza ili. Anthu a City of Blantyre mantha What a bunch of incompetents.

Its a common pratice now in Malawi where councils issue licences to bottle stores opened in residential areas and in residential houses or flats. Visit most residential areas in Malawi life has become a nightmate due to 24/7 noise at night. An indication of corrupt city officials and poor policing. Malawi wa lero kkkkk.
