I was surprised, amazed and even shocked that an audit report should contain a love affair between a man and a woman. Was Tilly Baker investigating a suspicious murder between a man and woman that were in love? I join those who have condemned the report as less useful. If I am paid by Govt for goods I did not supply and services I did not render then I am a thief and whoever paid me is also a thief. Prosecution has to begin immediately.
