Only Goodall Gondwe and APM know about this issue. Two useless old men ruinning our beautiful country. Maybe you people dont know learn this; in cabinet when Gondwe presents his paper on finance no minister comments because Gondwe will have received APMs blessings. Am a cabinet minister who also served Muluzi and Bingu where you were allowed to discuss and reach consensus. Maize purchase has become a source of self enrichment. Very typical of Malawi government. It thrives on opaqueness in all matters of public spending. The fiscus should ordinarily be public info. No wonder they are flat footed on ATI legislation.
