Pathfinder, my humble request to you is be objective in your analysis of issues. The chief essence of the discussion of the subject matter is to express our views how best things should be done in the best interest of the country. I think you have misunderstood what the security scholar is suggesting. Do not comment on things you have no knowledge. If the president is accompanied by enough security personnel what do you think can happen? He means a good number to accompany the president and remove policemen lining up in our roads. What king of hatred are you talking about? Who is targeted here? Do you already have results of who will be the next president? What makes you compare Malawi to the USA and Nigeria? Penapake u have to look at the country situation.u are quotin countries tht have terrorists vying for the presidents life. What has this to do with being Tumbuka. Ufiti basi. The issue here is what security does one provide to a president yet without a gun but by just standing on the road? If you read careful the story it says, alternatively it would be better to increase the security personel that travels with the President with ample equipment for defence than have a bunch of them standing day long, and claiming lots of allowances just to see the president pass that distance. Like you have said, remove hatred for Tumbuka and be objective in your thoughts
