Well. I am his daughter. I am proud of my father. And I can tell you that my father is fully legit and he doesn’t not need to prove to the world about his chieftancy. Even the accuser knows. Show us the evidence of his illigetimacy and then show us the evidence of the aggrieved. Information is power and so is honesty and truth. It is a beautiful world and it would even be more beautiful if people exercised love rather than hate for no apparent reason. I hope the truth will find you and you will be more kinder… Read more »

I think it’s always nice to listen to speeches before taking somebody’s analysis as gospel . The chief at the beginning stated that chief’s should not take sides. The analyser has deliberately taken that out for a sound bite. I know you have your right to speak your mind. Which is what everybody wants. I really don’t appreciate anybody swearing at my dad. If you have a difference in opinion . Just state your facts without being offensive.

f*** u too, what was he implying huhh? trying to corrupt pples minds. as a chief he shouldn’t have even uttered such remarks. i dont have any mercy for ur dad or who ever he is to u, with the mess our country is in i dont think any right thinking individual who is patriotic to this nation can cackle such blind sentiments unless they are under the influence of something.

If you will have to work on an assumption or implications then it is becoming evident to you that your claim lacks Credibility. On one hand you want to enjoy the fruits of democracy ‘ don’t tell us how to vote’ on the other you want to sit on it by prescribing how people should speak 😳😳😳😳 I don’t think am pleading for mercy . In our family we don’t beg. All I want you to do is present your argument in a civilised manner. There is no need for offensive language. Put your point across nicely. At the end… Read more »

I don’t carry any political opinions to my house or discussions. In our house we don’t discuss politics. We have better things to discuss . And we are very much diverse in our views. I think you have used the right channel to air your views . I am simply against offensive language.

I just want to say to you Mr Nostradamus. I don’t think you have any right to be that offensive. It’s ok to have a difference in opinion. But it’s not ok to be offensive just because you can. I listened to the same speech. however, I have a very different understanding to what your proposing

I will not go personal on you. It is not my style. Your within your rights to say whatever you want to say but slander and offensive language is what am condemning. Every person has a right to speak and express an opinion and yes if you become offensive I will support my father and I am so proud of him and yes he does a good job

Additionally , I do not think am here to defend his statement. His speech does not need defending or correcting.

You know our traditional leaders. When Chilima or Chakwera becomes President next year, the chiefs will be singing the same praises to them. Can’t blame them though. Nankhumwa is their boss.

It seems that every Jim and Jack is defying Mutharika legitimate orders for church leaders and chiefs to be apolitical. Peter Mutharika has made it clear again and again that church leaders and chiefs should stay away from politics and understandably so. Now we have these chiefs 9who are supposed to be the wise ones) not only defying the order but also embarrassing themselves for their lack of understanding of democracy and human rights. Every citizen has the right to vote for whoever they believe would pursue their agenda. maybe its high time we do away with traditional chiefs….what purpose… Read more »
