A waste of time and resources. No right people to drive reforms. Just close down the project. Reopen it when politicians have the will to do so. Obviously not while the DPP is in power. There is no patriotism, integrity and hardwork in their party cornerstones.
This is a failed project because the drivers of the reforms designed it to fail. Good luck as you fail completely!

Public reforms were not introduced with determination there hasn’t been any political will because the full implementation of the reforms would have torn apart the corruption syndicate. Thus simply the entire corruption systematically carried out by the DPP vampires would be a fiasco, our fat cats read the reforms and concluded that partial implementation was to their benefit. The reforms portfolio was removed from Chilima’s drawer to Seodi White. She has gone silent she is legally assisting the suckers in draining the account number 1(one)

To make things worse, you are a political appointee and so you are resented. Your leadership style is a good example of how not to lead anything. How can reforms work at district level when the central government has not embraced reforms?
