the problem with malawian footbal, you said reefe added 5 minutes, why then making 96minutes? , was it not the problem to the other side???,, reefs must be sereous with these things

The free kick given at 94 munites the kicked at 96 munites gung if you were the ref you could be banned for being incopetent.

When the forth official signals added time, it implies AT LEAST the number of minutes indicated. The rest is at the referees discretion see (https://www.fifa.com/mm/Document/FootballDevelopment/Refereeing/02/36/01/11/LawsofthegamewebEN_Neutral.pdf, page 31 allowance for time lost). So yeah there you have it
