Most ambassadors from the first world do represent two or three countries here in Africa. When they say she is an ambassador here but residing in Harare, it means by the time of her appointment she was already an ambassador in that residing country. There are some ambassadors delegating to other countries who at the time of their appointment were already ambassadors to Malawi and are residing here. Have you been to Harare of recent? Zimbabwe is far from being better than Malawi but statistics say Zimbabwe is doing well which I don’t agree in totality. Most of these statistics… Read more »
