To me, Banja Lamtsogolo is a necessary evil for survival. I don’t know how they recruit their unprofessional, impassionate staff. 3 of the 4 times that I have visited their outlets in Mponela, Area 25, Kasungu ended up being an embarrassment on my part; with the exception of Ntcheu who were almost excellent.They way they talked, listened, helped me ended putting me in misery. If it were not for my medical scheme, I would not go there again.
