If indeed Kasaila does not see a need for such trips, how and why did he find himself there? In fact I would not be surprised to hear that he was one of the allowance recipients.

Mr Minister its not only NAM even Sports council officials they only focus on trips local & international,Ife ku Institute timangogwira ntchito koma ku Head Office Blantyre secretary ma allowance phwiiii amaulendo chifukwa amamvana ndi mabwana

The problem with these sports disciplines is coming all the way from administrative issues at Sports council.The very same thing which is happening at FAM because of being untouchables.Mr Kansaila ask your predecessor Henry Mussa what he observed at Sports council.Fish starts to rot from the head.
