There is no special qualification for one to be a minister of whatever sort amwene… 1. Peter Mutharika, the current head of our economy is an academician who studied law. 2. Joseph Mwanamvekha, minister of Agriculture, is an economist. 3. Atupele Muluzi, minister of health, is a lawyer. 4. Kondwani Nankhumwa, minister of local government is a journalist. 5.
