Malawian banks are ripping off people. I pay nothing to use internet banking here in UK and no monthly fee for my current account. In Malawi you have to pay an equivalent of about £2 if you bank with Standard bank and about £1.50 if you bank with National Bank. On top of that, you have to pay about an equivalent of 50p for every online transaction you make. WHAT A SHAME!
