Given a chance i will close my account with this Bank. Its just the fact that all the other Banks in the country are backwards so really i have no choice but to have a bank….

Standard Bank in Malawi is one of the most backward banks as far as technology for their clientele usage is concerned. Ask any customer about internet banking and, sms alerts and you will hear sad tales from ALMOST all of them. I always wonder why what works in other Standard Banks in the SADC region does not work in Malawi. Eish!
