Standard Bank’s internet and mobile banking is so backwards, the service is an inconvinience to many, its has so many hidden charges attached and frequently down.

I regretted registering internet banking with Standbank, the charges are horrible, be warned.
Internet banking is supposed to be free, because you are actually like an unemployed staff of the bank by doing your bank stuff through the Internet. Why the monthly charges.
Again, the servers are down most times.
It’s unfortunate, they are using customers money to promote a lie

Standard Bank in Malawi is so backward. Even their SMS alerts don’t work either. Ask around and hear from clients. So pathetic.

Standard Bank Internet Banking is one of the worst in the the country. For many people it has never worked. No wonder the bank had to run a promotion for this facility which in the normal sense it was clients themselves who were supposed to be rushing for it in this electronic age.
