Police should investigate Mtuwa thoroughly. The guy does not work, does not do any business but he is rich and bought Late Mauwa’s compound from the blues. Since late 90s Mtuwa has been always been connected to kidnappings and killings in and around Liwonde. If the police were professional they could definitely found Mtuwa guilty. The guy is bad news, very bad news.
