The stadium that is being constructed on Lilongwe would have been first built in BT because the south follows soccer than other regions

I would suggest that clubs owne their grounds/stadium, not government.

Be Forward Wanderers and Big Bullets should be supported by companies to build their own grounds. Give them soft loans.

Please, do not mention FAM or government, they are in deep shit of problems.
