Malawi ‘s ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) is under intense fire for politicizing State events where party politicians take turns...
Nriva, what do you make of this?
These newly appointed judges like N’riva don’t inspire confidence at all. At times i think that they’re not even appointed on merit and as such, their integrity is compromised
Kumalawi kulibe ma judge olo ma lawyer koma mbava law ndi law kumaikila mbava kumbuyo Mulungu achite nanu ndinthu mau oyera amati usaikire umboni waboza simumudziwa Mulungu ma judge kaya ma lawyer apa malawi 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
This Nriva guy is cmpromised
It did not require someone to spend years reading law books to conclude Jack N’riva was wrong in his judgement. He, like most judges, is indeed a DPP mercenary cashing in on poor taxpayers. Shameee!!!
Yes, lets now start the impeachment process! The prince must go.
Now we know for a fact that the high court is compromised so where will the case be heard. Secondly, by now PI has wiped out all their accounts and transferred the money to a Dubai account, so obtaining an order of court to freeze PI accounts won’t achieve the desired effect. I would urge YES to fight this case until all culprits are locked up even of it means going all the way to the supreme court. It seems it’s the only court that’s not poluted with corrupt judges.
Let him lose in 2019 and he will be arrested immediately for all criminal acts he is making. We are waiting for this moment and it is slowly coming. KUBA!! KUBA!! KUBA!!!!!!!!!
Mbava woyeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
High Court Judge Jack Nriva is a DPP mercenary and must be arrested forthwith for bringing confusion and acting against issues of national interest.
From now, going forward, Jack Nriva must cease his duties as High Court judge for bringing the judiciary into disrepute.
It was surely obvious that all Malawians have interest. We are tired of Judicial technicalities getting in the way of accountability. Well done Supreme Court.
