Mugagwere…you just want to hide behind the law so that you charge unreasonable fees….just be brave enough to compete on the market. Wanangwa should be one of the unscrupulous and disgruntled agents. Lawyers have their professional body, the Malawi Law Society, Accountants also have theirs and the list goes on. Here is a professional body of surveyors outlining the procedures that have to be followed and someone is busy encouraging people to break the laws. Bad citizen. Bravo SIM. Amalawi kukonda cheap labour.
