When an opposition person advises a ruling party person it is not for the benefit of the ruling party person or the citizenry but for the opposition. Woyenda naye bawo samakuuzira ntaji unless he sees to it that the ntaji will make me lose the bawo. There is nothing the opposition can do in good faith unless they wait to see the fall of the ruling party or they see it shaken. The opposition wants to be the ruling party one day. Mr Nhlane, you should not blame a scorpion for being a scorpion. I expect you know the fable of the scorpion and the frog: A scorpion asks a frog to carry it across a river. The frog hesitates, afraid of being stung, but the scorpion argues that if it did so, they would both drown. After considering this, the frog agrees, but midway across the river the scorpion does indeed sting the frog, dooming them both.
