This system is all over the world… very good development for Malawi..good to hear indeed..
But u should try indicating a fare calculator, i believe a fare calculator would make it much more easy and more understanding for cusotmers of thier up and aboutss…

The app should also include GPS that will be able to determine standard rate . Say if I am requesting to travel from Mount Soche to Chileka, how much will that cost me

I agree with you to avoid over charging to customers but standardise it with a a curate and fair pricing.
