I think makolo a anawa ndi mbuli. Headmaster wa sukuluyi ndi mbuli. Mkulu wa MANEB not mbuzi komanso mbuli. This is 2018 you mean people are falling to pay for exams direct to the account of exam Body and check in advance whether they are eligible to sit for exams or not. Provide 2 weeks for ñstudents to check their exam numbers and deal with any challenges during that time. Not reaching to the extent of completely missing the exams. when did the students knew that they cannot be allowed to write the exams? I believe this could have been discovered much earlier prior to the exams and be fixed. Yes the teachers are absolutely wrong but the students needed to be wise enough to discover the shit.

Discovery for students could’ve been a bit problematic as a list of those to sit for exams comes very close to a day exams are supposed to start.

Pay the teachers enough money and they will not think of stealing. The stealing can not be condoned of course.

So, the candidates are the victims here. These half-baked teachers are used to doing this nonsense to innocent students. Cash-based transactions are prone to abuse and emblezlement by greedy individuals. All students to pay their fees at the bank and bring in a stamped deposit slip for reconciliation.
