Infact it seems TUM is an obstacle in as far as teachers welfare is. Kwachuluka a Pumbwa. As long as they receive the 10 Pin or these Khaki envelopes then they think everyone’s problem has been resolved. My suggestion is to kick out the current leadership at TUM and replace them with new leadership. Why should teachers be subjected to such ill treatment yet government has money. It has money to pay Mulli claim in billions, and to spend in dubious contracts, so surely it has money to pay teachers. So teachers must be paid.
