This man is a liar and should not be considered for any diplomatic post: he claimed Ohio State education qualifications which are a lie, and claims to come from Thyolo, while he is from Nkhata Bay. Liars have no place in Malawi’s diplomatic service.

Thoko Banda is the most difficult person to work with.he is arrogant, self-centered short man I have worked with. Please Mr President don’t send him to Zimbabwe, he will make everyone at the mission miserable. He has a serious napoleonic syndrome. He compensates for his height by binging a bully.
