I wish I was part of her lecture – and learn of how can Malawi be re developed from the devastating 2015 floods which not only killed people but also destroyed our little infrastructure.

This lady is not a top UN official. She is just another low ranking UN worker who has been given allowances to come to Malawi for a holiday. Do u think the UN cares about Malawi? Why cant Ban Kimon come himself instead of sending some low ranking officers to fool us as if they really care. Bulls*&^%$t
